Return Policy

Ozei Swim will gladly accept returning items within 15 days of delivery for store credit. Your credit will be issued for the full value of your returned items and will not expire. To initiate a return please contact us here with your order number.

Returning items are not eligible for refunds.

All orders are subject to 3-5 business days of processing time before being shipped out. During sale periods this can vary to 4-7 business days.

All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.) We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.

Receiving Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit, which will be emailed to you.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
