Do I have to purchase in CAD?
Nope! You can shop in the currency of your choice by selecting it from the bottom left corner of this website.
What if the suit I want is sold out?
Not to worry babe! Be sure to subscribe on the product page to be notified when it has been restocked!
What size should I order?
Please see our size guide here to find the right fit! When in doubt, we recommend sizing up. If you have any specific questions about sizing, please feel free to email info@ozeiswim.com!
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We are happy to announce we officially ship internationally! All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 - 3 business days.
When will my order ship out?
Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-5 business days for us to verify, quality check, and package it. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships out!
How long does shipping take?
The time it takes to deliver from our warehouse will vary depending on location. Our free standard international delivery usually takes between 7 - 20 business days, but can take longer from time to time. Take note that during the holidays delivery times may be longer due to third-party circumstances.
If you're looking for the fastest option, select our express shipping at checkout. International express typically takes 5 - 10 business days.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72 hrs after placing your order.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
In a few cases, the shipping carrier can take 1-3 business days to register and/or update your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@ozeiswim.com with your order number. We'll take it from here.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 15 days, as long as they meet the requirements listed on our returns policy page!
What happens if my set arrives damaged?
While we do our very best to ensure this never happens, if your set arrives damaged or not as pictured, please contact us and we'll get you sorted right away.
Product Care
How do I take care of my Ozei suit?
- Hand-wash suits separately in cold soapy water and rinse in cold water.
- Lay suits separately flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
- Do not put suits through washer/dryer cycle and avoid detergents.
- Store suits separately. Ensure suits are completely dry prior to storing.
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause fabric pulling.
- Avoid use in hot tubs, chlorine pools, etc and be sure to wash immediately after use.
- To avoid stain or damage of your suits be careful with tanning oils, sunscreens and fake tanning.
